Comprised of married couple Wesley & Marissa Frye. Together the two perform, record, and bring music making to a whole new level.
About Us
Wesley & Marissa have been married since 12/31/2018, but their musical partnership dates back even farther than that. Wesley is a classically trained singer specializing in numerous genres, most notably opera, and is also a pianist. Marissa is a master viola and violin player, able to perform across many genres as well. As a duo, the two bring the highest quality musicianship, uniting versatility with passion. The Frye Music Duo can be booked for weddings, private events, collaborations/recording projects, and individually for lessons, coaching’s, and individual performances.
Learn with Us
Both Marissa & Wesley love to share their expertise with others in the form of teaching, coaching, and collaborating. Marissa runs a thriving full time violin & viola studio, teaching students from ages 5 and up. A spot in her studio includes weekly lessons, regular performance and chamber music opportunities, and the highest investment in creating a well rounded musician. Wesley is an active collaborative pianist, with the ability to adapt and help whoever he accompanies. He is also a voice coach, where he utilizes both vocal and piano skills to help vocalists perfect and improve on their pieces.
